langauge and they might be able to create static website or develop website themes templates or edit / modify an existing website design/template. If a student has learnt HTML and want only to

learn CSS

he can skip first three weeks of

HTML lessons

or

HTML classes

and can start from forth week of

CSS lessons

and hence he may pay the half of the course fee . Same like this if a person / student have knowlege of CSS and want to only learn HTML programming language he can learn only the first three weeks of the

HTML training

and can skip

CSS training lectures

, he may also pay the half of the total course fee which i.e. $25 dollars.

HTML and CSS

is the basic part of development and is necessary to learn if you want to become developer. PHP although is powerful programming language but it returns HTML to users. To learn PHP you must have

idea of HTML language

because without

HTML learning

to learn PHP is not much useful/beneficient. So, once must

learn HTML

if he want to become a good developer.
