If you become unsatisfied at any point within the first 30 days usage, we will offer full refund of the amount paid for hosting. Refund requests should state clearly the reason for your refund request and must be received within the 30 days of activation through email [email protected]
Gegasoft uses third party domain registrar to register the domains, so once registered domaińs registration cost will not be included in the refund. However you will be able to retain the ownership of domain, and will be eligible to transfer your domain to other registrars.
Accounts terminated due to violation of our terms and conditions found below, will not be eligible for the refund.
Refunds are not offered on VPS / dedicated servers orders.
This includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Gegasoft.
This includes any material considered illegal by the governing body e.g. commercial music, audio, video files, copyrighted material. Investment Sites (FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Line/Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM/Pyramid Scheme). Sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s). Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers. Anonymous or Bulk SMS Gateways. Torrent application, tracker or client.
This includes pirated, nulled, hacking, ip spoofing, password cracking scripts or software.
This includes any material, which is meant to harm, bash, offend, or pull down another group, be it political, religious, racial, sexual, or otherwise.

Spamming is the sending of unsolicited e-mail, to persons the sender does not know or have prior consent to send the message to. We have a very strict spam protection policy. This also includes sending unsolicited advertisements to newsgroups, email addresses and/or generating a high volume of outgoing email. There are many ways that someone can hide their identity on the Internet, and we are aware of these ways, so be assured that your account would not be terminated until we are not fully sure that they have indeed abused our services. Sending mails through script should always be less than 500 in an hour, consistant violation of this limit will result in account suspension. Also you should script your emails to be sent in intervals of at-least 7 to 10 seconds apart so there is not undue load on the server. Any account found in violation of this will be cancelled immediately. Please report any instances of spamming to [email protected], with as much details as possible, by clearly identifying the source of the spam email account.
The space we provide for hosting should not be used as a storage medium for your files or data. At least 90% of your web pages must be ̀linked́ with files (GIF, JPEG, etc.) stored on Gegasoft servers. Website that are found to contain either/or no HTML documents, a large number of unlinked files are subject to files deletion or account cancelation.
The bandwidth we provide for your hosting should not be exceed 25GB transfer per domain in one month for wordpress or CPanel hosting. If your website use more bandwidth per month then you should consider having Virual Private Server (V.P.S) and should switch to one of our VPS hosting package. The size of post or page of your website should not exceed 5MB. If you are providing any software download you can use file hosting/sharing websites i.e. mediafire, upload.net etc.
Continuous overuse of server resources may also result in account suspension / termination. Any account using 25% CPU / Memory resources for more than 60 seconds, resulting from the single or combined use of FTP, CGI Scripts, HTML or MySql resources will result in account suspension.
Gegasoft provides technical support for you that encompasses within our area of expertise only. Such expertise includes assistance, installation, troubleshooting, and debugging, and any other hosting related issues. However, in under no circumstances is Gegasoft neither obligated to help you in providing assistance for any coding related issues, errors produced by any applications, unless our support team in its sole discretion is willing to do so.
Our acceptable usage policy specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Gegasoft can disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the client. In addition Gegasoft shall have the right to terminate all service set forth.
We at Gegasoft are here to help you and provide the best possible service. However any unreasonable threats, either personal or against Gegasoft will receive a warning for breach of these conditions. Personal abuse towards Gegasoft employees or legal threats against the company are viewed as extremely serious. Gegasoft reserves the right to refuse to do business with a person or company as a result and possibly terminate any accounts in question.
Gegasoft may modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time. If we have made significant changes to this Agreement, we will indicate it at the top of this Agreement with the date of the last revision and a link to previous terms for up to 30 days. Any revisions to this Agreement will become effective when posted unless otherwise specified. You agree to any modification to this Agreement by continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any such modification. Gegasoft reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
GEGASOFT INTERNET SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND ALL TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS ARE PROVIDED TO CLIENT ON AN ̀AS IS, AS AVAILABLÉ BASIS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO GEGASOFT OR ANY INFORMATION OR SOFTWARE THEREIN.
YOU RELEASE GEGASOFT FROM ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE GEGASOFT SERVICES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGE FROM LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELAYS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, MISS-DELIVERIES, NON-DELIVERIES, OR DUE TO INADVERTENT RELEASE OR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION SENT BY YOU EVEN IF THE SAME IS CAUSED BY GEGASOFT́s OWN NEGLIGENCE.
