1. Subscription Billing
All services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, yearly, or custom). Payments are processed securely via PayPal or other authorized gateways.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Unused Period Refunds: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the billing cycle, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your plan.
- Current Month Non-Refundable: Refunds do not apply for the current running month or billing period already in progress.
- One-Time Setup Fees: Setup or installation fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Domain & Hosting services: Refunds do not apply for domain & web-hosting services.
3. Cancellation Procedure
To request cancellation, please log in to your account dashboard or contact our support team at [email protected]. Your request must be submitted at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., PayPal) may be deducted from the refund.
5. No Refunds For:
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions.
- Custom development, consulting, or professional services.
- Partial use of monthly or yearly plans beyond the active billing cycle.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
